Artist Profile
| Artist Statement | i consider myself to be an abstract artist / multi-media/ photographer. i like to create images that envoke responses like "what is that?", "wow! " and my favorite response, "how did he do that,?" my art has various components combined in camera to acheive my desired results. i limit my use of post production editing with photoshop to none, or the very minimum necessary to keep from altering my original image. my motto is "get it in camera" something i learned from Photographer/ College instructor Jay Sousa. i feel that post production of an image is only done because i messed up the image in the first place, and i don't like messing things up, or fixing them when i could have accomplished my goal in camera if i just took a little more time. |
