| Personal Profile | I'm a young artist, have been sketching & painting from a very young age, & now I'm hoping to take my skills further. I plan on majoring in graphic design, have taken a couple classes in digital art, & have even created flyers for local bands & shows. | Artist Statement | When painting or sketching, I enjoy workin on larger pieces. My mediums of preference are acrylics, chalk pastel, & grahphite. I tend to create simple pieces but strive for great detail. I take my own pictures of objects or people & recreate them in other different mediums. I also work with Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator to alter my photos & make flyers, which I have made for local music events. On my spare time I also sew, making scarves, designing t-shirts, etc. Basically I'm not afraid to try new artistic things or work with different materials to create unique art. |
